I don't know about you, but lately I've been bored by the redundancy of friending memes. It feels like I'm always being asked the same things — favourite books/movies/games/fandoms, things I post about, things I look for in friends... This is all well and good, I don't have anything against those questions — I've found so many good LJ-friends through them, why would I? — but I find myself hoping to be asked something new at every friendzy I participate in.
And then I thought, why not organize one myself?

... Reading?Elfhome by Wen Spencer - rereading the series because the long-awaited new book finally came out! I read a lot - fantasy, sci-fi, romance, paranormal romance, whatever strikes my fancy

... Watching?I just finished the first season of Ted Lasso - I had heard good things about it and finally got around to watching it - and it was just as endearing and entertaining as everyone said :D

... Listening to?I'm fully "streaming" these days - mostly LiveXLive's "Alternative Hits Radio"

... Playing?Happy Color on my phone, LOL.

... Working on (job-wise and/or leisure-wise)? My big project for the year officially kicked off at the start of April, and will go live in November. 70+ new change items for an existing application. This is my 4th or 5th project with this system/customer. I work for a software company - a small one - and wear many hats.

... Looking forward to?Road trip to Edmonton this summer to visit 2 of my brothers!

... Worried/concerned/annoyed about?I mean...take your pick - plague, war, wildfires, drought - there's lot of Big Things on that list.
